Orders and payment

Prices, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout. If payment cannot be authorised, or if an item is unavailable, we may contact you or cancel the affected part of the order and arrange any refund due.

Delivery arrangements

Delivery may be delayed by stock issues, prescription checks, payment checks, severe weather, transport disruption, incorrect details or events outside our reasonable control. If there is a delay, we may contact you using the details provided with the order.

Problems with a parcel

Check your parcel and its contents when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete or contains the wrong product, contact us promptly through the Contact page and provide the order details and relevant information about the problem.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, tampered with or incorrectly supplied. We may ask for photographs or for the affected product to be returned so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an eligible order within the period set by applicable law, subject to any legal exceptions. To request a cancellation, contact us through the Contact page and include your order details.

Some medicines and health products may not be eligible for return for safety, hygiene or legal reasons, particularly after dispatch or if their packaging has been opened, where this is permitted by applicable law. Any refund due will be made using the original payment method, unless another arrangement is agreed or required by applicable law.

  • Use products only for yourself or for the person for whom they were ordered, and follow the advice of a doctor or pharmacist and the package leaflet.

  • Keep order confirmations, prescription information and account details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account or payment details have been misused.
  • Check products when they arrive and store them according to the instructions on the packaging.

However, the website may occasionally be unavailable, contain errors or lack information that is suitable for your particular circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by your inaccurate details, misuse or unsuitable storage of a product, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other protected rights.
